Barre Signature- 1Sculpt Barre is our signature workout. Its packed full of dance, pilates and fitness exercises to make you feel long, lean and lengthened. The isometric movements combined with the cardio elements will work you to the max but keep you feeling energised for days. This is a low impact class with exercises layered through out the class which makes it suitable for any fitness level. This class includes body weight exercises, weighted exercises, with use of pilates balls, resistance bands and gliders. Get ready to sweat and move. Are you ready to get sculpted!
Full Body Signature-1Sculpt Full body is a great low impact full body mat workout! This class is jammed packed with conditioning and strengthening exercises to create a lengthened and sculpted physique. Using pilates and fitness elements to condition your body to the max. The is a great workout to fit around your cardio workouts to really strengthen and push your conditioning to the next level. Come and get Sculpted to the max with this full body workout!
Pilates Flow- A 1Sculpt twist on a classical pilates class. This class has an emphasis on fluidity of movement throughout the duration of the class. By incorporating other Pilates principles, such as control, concentration, and centring, the body can flow within each movement and throughout the class. Pilates Flow is a low impact exercise comprising controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility, and even mood. It focuses on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure and enhance your overall health. Come and flow with us. You will not be disappointed!
TRX HIIT- Taking your training to the next level with our signature TRX Hiit class. Sculpt and train to the max with our 45 min suspension, strength and cardio class. You can choose to take the lower impact options, or go all the way with our higher impact exercises. This class is open to all levels and you can build as you go. Never tried suspension training, don't wait. You will love it. Don't forget to bring your trainers for this class! Get ready to sweat and feel amazing.
