1Sculpt founders sisters Nathalie and Jeannine Desmier have over 20 years of fitness experience between them. Their passion has always been fitness and making it fun. Spending the last 10 years teaching at London's top studios and both being professional dancers; fitness has always played a massive part in being in peak physique and preventing injury.

1Sculpt is a boutique fitness company. We wanted to bring the London standard of boutique classes out to Surrey and build a fitness family where everyone is welcome. We want our clients to come to the studio to have fun and let go from their busy lives instead of dreading their workout. We have devised out signature workouts so that no matter your fitness level you will have a challenging and energised workout. We pride ourselves on having top class trainers who can help you to reach your fitness goals. With our signature workouts booming at our London studio pop-up location No.1 Carnaby we are so excited to launch our flagship studio in Reigate, Surrey.
