Please follow the following instructions.
1. Download Zoom and install and create your account
2. Book into the virtual class via our website or via the Mind body App and head to the check out for you £12.00 class. (If you haven't yet done a class with us, it will prompt you to set up an account)
3. Ten minutes before the class you will receive an email from us with your code to log into the virtual class. Please allow plenty of time to book into the class, booking closes 10 mins before the class begins.
